We were starting to plan for our retirement home and needed more information. Since we are located in New England our research began online with Zillow. It didn’t take long before we found the perfect retirement home and bought it. The purchase was handled locally by Chris since we were back in New England. Nearly every aspect of the process was taken care of by Chris including organizing cleaners, landscapers, and many tasks like replacing light bulbs. Chris was there for us the whole way, offering information, suggestions, assistance, and going above and beyond what anyone could expect from their realtor. We will be moving to a new house and already feel like we have made our first friend.
